Objective:this paper analyzed the disciplinarians of reticulocytes and hameglobin during HiHiLo.Explored the correlation between reticulocytes and effectiveness of HiHiLo.Discussed the feasibility that reticulocytes is used as prediction indexes of hypoxic training effectiveness.Methods:The subjects were 77 male students from the department of physical education in Beijing Sport University.The subjects were exposed in hypoxic enviorment(02%:14.8%-14.3%equivalent to the altitude of 2800-3000m )for more than 10 hours every night lasting 30 days.Besides participating the routine training at sea level,the subjects completed 3 training sections(bicycle ergometer exercise at the intensity of 75% VO2max with the cadence of 60 rmp/min,lasting for 30min) in hypoxia every week.During the hypoxic erercise the Sp02 was controlled less than 92%,through adjusting the oxygen concentration and/or the exercise load.beforeHiHiLo,during HiHiLo,at day4、day7、day16、day23 and day30,we aquired blood samples for the indexes of reticulocytes and Hb,et al.Results:1.During the 1 month period of HiHiLo,reticulocytes and Hb were significantly increased,at day7,reticulocytes were significantly increased,but Hb、RBC and Hct were significantly increased at dayl6.2.The values of Retic#、Retic%、RPI and L-Retic# of responders were significantly evalueted during HiHiLo,but the same values of nonresponders and indeteminates had no changes;meanwhile,responders’ Hb、RBC and Hct were significiantly increased,but these values of nonrespongders and indetermiates had no changes.3.The varieties of Retic#、Retic%、RPI and L-Retic# in responders were significiantly higher than nonrespongders and indetermiates;and the varieties of Hb、RBC and Hct in later HiHiLo were significiantly higher than nonrespongders and indetermiates.Conclusion:HiHiLo can promote the production of RBC、Hb effectively,improving the capacity of oxygen transportation;the significant change of reticulocyte is earlier than the significant changes of RBC、Hb.changes of reticulocytes and Hb of responders exist some correlation.The indexes of Retic#、RPI and L-Reric# indicate the individual variation to hypoxia.Then Retic#、RPI and L-Reric# can be used as indicators for predicting the changes of Hb in later HiHiLo.
