The information construction of the domestic securities companies began from2000to2003.In the serveral years, the system which expanded from a semi-paperless office system(OA system) to a portal system that made up by a number of business information systemsintegration surprised us a lot. However, the portal system can hardly satisfy the demand forbrokerage companies. The first problem is the complex rights management issues in theportal system.The platform of business information systems, agency, authority managementsystem are different in the system, the problem of unified management must be solved. Thesecond is the problem accessed by the workflow engine and real-time communication system.Various business systems have their own processes and methods of communication Differentmethods and call means a lot of pitfalls and problems to communication system itself. Finally,with the transaction of business innovation and the Securities and quantify the businesslaunched, High-frequency data communications is becoming increasingly important in theconstruction of the brokerage companies. For these reasons, We propose to build a brokerageunique unified communications platform. This platform to provide the existing system as wellas the system whick will be needed to build in future a unified interface standard, and itstandardizes all the permissions, workflow, real-time communications and high-frequencydata validation as well as the way to get the infomation.The main content of this paper is the research and implementation of unifiedcommunications platform with broker characteristics. Building a complete unifiedcommunications platform in the company, solves the problem of the brokerage business portal system whicih is not resolved yet. Around this problem, the project team to do thefollowing aspects:First, the project team analyzed the demand for brokerage companies, and summed up aunified communications platform which needs to achieve. The construction of the unifiedcommunications platform need to solve the problem suck as lack of information systems dataexchanging, limiting new business developping and the problems of high-cost maintenance Inthe aspests of function, the system needs to support the four new features such as singlesign-on (SSO),workflow, real-time communication access and high-frequency data accessand the interface with existing systems need to re-integrate.In the non-functional aspests,unified communications platform building needs to take safety, versatility and reliabilityissues into account,and taking the problem of concurrent performance into account.Second, we developed a unified communication interface standards and interfacesrelated Encryption Standard. We have combed the company’s system, and put them intooffice communication interface, process communication interface and high-frequency datacommunication interface. Interface integration, data communication and data exchange needsto call the company’s C++unified encryption algorithm. Outsourcing system adjust step bystep to move closer to the standardized interface. System research and development of all newbusiness, trading and research must comply with the rules of the standard interface for access.Third, the project team make a total designing of a unified communications platform.Combined with the needs of the construction of a unified communications platform, theproject team analyzed all the new features properly. First of all it can support a completemobility, any client can participate in through the network, It can support various networkenvironment, and can support across the network or across the region. In this way, whetherBeijing office, shenzhen office, or a regional center, even the sales network all over thecountry can be based on the characteristics of the real time to complete, easy to interactivemethods of communication Second, it can cross organization and system. It can form generalwork mode, through this model we can realize various cross applications. Finally it has gooddynamic adaptive ability, and can be compatible with the management based on team model.This platform can be compatible with all kinds of background kind of applications, such asCRM, HER, ERP etc, to provide real-time data communication of unity and informationcommunication, it is not like the sort of " repeated building" redundant old model.Through the above analysis, we have given a more reasonable solution. According to thesolution, the project team make a total designing of the database and operating environment.Finally, the project team tested the design and the results achieved and we put into use inthe portal system, part of the quantitative research class system, trading systems and marketsystems. In the trading system of asset management companies, high-frequency data pushsystem has been in the transaction for the enterprise which has brought good results. This article studies the ultimate expression of good results.Ordinary singlecommunication interface has not kept up with the pace of innovative business andquantification business. We put the system between the single sign-on systems, workflowengine systems, research report publishing model and high-frequency market data push modelwith the interface integration. We used a call mode to combine different parameter together.The interface implementation method in the brokerage business is very innovative. It hasmany advantages, such as convenient to call, conducive to the maintenance of severalinterface, directly second calls. With this interface We will be able to convey the company’sprecious data and research reports on time and timely to the fund managers, traders, industryresearcher, which is the most purposed and significant.
