| In the industrial field DeviceNet is field bus used widely, and has become one of standard filed bus in the world. By using more and more embedded technology and sensor technology, measurement technology has got rapid development in industrial automation. And we had gone to a new development stage in the research of measurement field. But traditional measurement device could not communicate as slave on DeviceNet. It has to add protocol conversion module to communicate the equipment and field bus. This method not only increased the cost, but also the difficulty of the system integration. By using the DeviceNet fieldbus, designing measuring equipment with filed bus communication function were reasonable. For resolving this problem, an electron weighing apparatus has been designed in our paper which made weighing equipment with bus interface communicating to DeviceNet.The condition of the fieldbus development is introduced at beginning, as well as the content and the signification of the research. Weighing technology and electronic weighing equipment is illustrated in details, including of basic structure, operating principle, measuring performance and classification etc. And DeviceNet protocol has been also introduced.We choose STC MCU as the core of the hardware system which including of MCU minimal system, system power source circuit, weighing sensor driver circuit, DeviceNet fieldbus circuit and memory unit. We use C program language designing the software of DeviceNet weighing equipment. And communication requisition under field bus is achieved. The research provides good thought for connection of fieldbus and measurement equipment. |
