Design And Implementation Of Enrollment Management System Of Vestibule School

The rapid development of information science and technology brings afar-reaching influence to the informatization of school management. The enrollmentmanagement system is developed and designed just for adapting to the new situationof enrollment work and solving the new problems emerging in the work as well asimproving the work efficiency and management level of enrollment managementdepartment. It mainly includes: the candidates online registration module, ApplicationAdmin module, the admission management module, personnel management module.This thesis is based on the C#language development under the NET platform,using the MVC design pattern, to realize the development of information service busand modularity. This thesis is guided by modern scientific management theory, basedon the systematic research and analysis for the construction status of enrollmentmanagement informatization, pertinently raise the practical research programs fromtechnical level and management level, combined with mechanic college enrollmentmanagement features and workflow, to design the overall architecture and functionalarchitecture of the system construction, and further integrate business resources, makesue of existing hardware resources, network resources, software resources, andstrictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the method of softwareengineering to achieve the real-time sharing of data of different departments,creatively establish the use of information technology to achieve digitizing operationenrollment from publicity, test register to admission. This system takes the principleof all–weather and timeliness, and it also provides real-time and convenient servicesto candidates and managers.
