| With the rapid development of industry and military equipment,test and monitoring of many new types of equipment become more andmore complicated. So test system should meet many demands, such as alot of parameters have to be monitored precisely and the system has to betested in harsh environment. In order to realize diversified andsophisticated test in special production and research situation with simpledata acquisition system, a lot of devices are requested. As a result, thesystem becomes complicated and unreliable.The purpose of this paper is to meet the needs of diversified andsophisticated test. The specific application background of this paper isaccelerated and decelerated states of object. This paper researched anddeveloped the comprehensive test platform based on FPGA and ARM. Theplatform is composed of data acquisition and storage system based onFPGA, management and communication system based on ARM, controland analysis system based on PC. Storage and communication areprocessed independently and the reliability of the system is developed. Sixchannels can be synchronously sampled with different sampling rates andtwo channels of pulse can be measured at the same time in this platform.Also synchronous arithmetic of different sampling rates and differentsampling time for each channel can be realized (sampling rate andsampling time for each channel can be set by PC software). Phasedifference can be measured by this platform too. Multichannel data can besaved reliably and quickly in mass storage by FPGA. In addition, the datacan be transferred from FPGA to ARM by high-speed and reliable solution. In order to meet the needs of different environments, the data can betransferred to PC by on-line or off-line way with USB or WIFI or wiredInternet. In order to guarantee the safety of transmission, the data shouldbe encrypted before transmission. The whole system can be easilycontrolled and analyzed by software on PC.The experiments of comprehensive test platform were executed.Signal conditioning circuits were designed in the experiments. Thenfunctional test and precision test were implemented. The results ofexperiments indicated that the platform has many advantages, such assynchronous comprehensive test of multiparameter, high-speed andreliable storage and communication without err code, high-precision,synchronous sampling, high reliability, strong extensibility, flexibility andso on. |
