Diagnosis Research Of Management Informatization In Haimo Technology

Informatization is the trend of the world’s current economic and social development, and the key of the upgrading of industrialization and the realization of industrialization as well as modernization in China. Informatization is not only a means to improve the management level and is the base for company future. The degree of company informatization will become important symbol of competitiveness. Once the company uses better information technology and manages logistics, information and cash flow very well according to the concept of modern company management, then the overall company resource allocation, operation efficiency and competitiveness can be improved totally.Now more companies than ever before focus on information technology. Companies through management information system to enhance their core competitiveness, optimizing business processes, reduce operating costs and improve the management level of company. But the construction of company information management system is complex, lengthy system engineering and will affect company normal operations, and we will face deeper issues such as company organizational structure optimization and business process reengineering. This leads to the company information construction process is not all smooth sailing, there are problems yet to be optimized, rectification. Researching company information management system, seeking ways to resolve the problem, it is particularly very important for improving of company management and integration of information management, and this is an aim for writing this paper.The author works in Haimo technology so many years and well knows the company whole development and also the application effect of company information management system. Based on this combination of information engineering, management information technology, business process reengineering, enterprise resource planning and other related theoretical knowledge, the author did analysis and diagnosis of Haimo information management system in the overall planning, system integration, process settings, data lost protection, and proposed specific measures to rectify and solve these problems, and highlighted the matters which need to be attended in the course of rectification. The author hopes that through the diagnosis of information systems research for Haimo technology to give a valuable guidance for information system improvement, and to continuously improve information management system to enhance the management of the company information level, enhance the company’s core competitiveness.
