This paper analyzes the current development of the logistics system of power companies, founds the traditional logistics operations having many deficiencies, such as:can not achieving real-time tracking of cargo, vehicle scheduling unreasonably, low degree of warehouse automation, poor real-time data, low efficiency of information collection, and so on. Based on these, this paper uses the Internet of thing, GIS and data mining to the research of logistics navigation system of power companies and creates a logistics navigation system based on Internet of Things and GIS, thereby reducing the logistics costs of power companies, improving logistics efficiency and power companies achieving the goal of intelligent of logistics system of power companies.Based on the in-depth study of the theory and technology of logistics navigation system, this paper remodels the traditional logistics management business process. In the distribution links, this paper uses RFID technology to automatic identification of goods, combines with GPS global positioning technology to achieve real-time tracking of cargo on the GIS map, proposes distribution route algorithm based on data mining, derives optimized navigation routes, thereby improving the efficiency of delivery. In the stocking and tallying links, the system uses data mining technology, arranging storage locations of goods reasonably, improving the efficiency picking; uses RFID technology and wireless sensor network technology to obtain and input the information of cargo storage, cargo out of warehouse and cargo moving automatically.Finally, based on the needs analysis, using the method of software engineering, this paper designs overall architecture and divides function modules of the logistics and navigation system based on GIS and the Internet of things and elaborates the design of each functional module. This paper uses C#programming language and the Google Maps API in the Visual Studio development environment to realize the logistics navigation system based on the Internet of things and GIS with the support of the Net Framework. The design and development of the system achieves the intelligent of logistics navigation system and improves the efficiency of corporate profits and logistics management.
