| With the gradual development of computer technology, computer monitoring system isalso increasingly applied to various fields, mainly due to its strong environmental adaptability, controlling real-time, high reliability operation. Especially for some unmanned industrialproduction site, the computer control play out of its powerful features. In this paper, we choose a well monitoring system in Xinjiang as the background, usingcomputer monitoring technology, establishing of an unmanned station in the center of thewater wells. This not only can overcome the harsh environmental conditions, but also to betterregulate the utilization of water resources, improve the safety and reliability of monitoringwells. In this paper, based on the requirement of the wells monitoring and control project, byanalyzing the well-site production environment, in considering system reliability, economy, easy operation, we proposed the program of distributed control system. This systembuild by PLC that produced by Siemens. In this control system, we make the S7-300PLCas a master, S7-200as a slave to form a PROFIBUS-DP control system. Using programmingsoftware STEP, according to the production requirements of the well site, write the controlprogram, and then make the field equipment in accordance with the requirements of theprogram to complete automatic control tasks. The Monitoring and control system is divided into three parts; one part is field controlsystem. This part is mainly control pumps by S7-200PLC. The other part is Network layer. Itmainly composed by the Industrial Ethernet and PROFIBUS field bus. PROFIBUS is mainlycomplete the communication problem between the master station and the slave. The IndustrialEthernet is mainly complete the communication between the master and PC. This system usedthe advanced technology MPI convert to Ethernet, which can solve the problem of limitedcommunication distance and save the cost. The third is remote Monitoring layer. It configuresthe production process of the field with the configuration software. Including flow picture, alarm screens, reports, etc…, achieve the unmanned monitoring of the on-site production. |
