| Abstract:The characteristic of foam image is an important basis for the evaluation of the effect of flotation foam flotation process. With the development of machine vision, some processing enterprises developed flotation foam image monitoring system, through the camera acquisition flotation foam surface images, the optic fiber image is transmitted to the computer, realize the monitoring of production process. Because the image data acquisition, processing, display by the PC machine to complete, often make the PC overwhelmed, resulting in low efficiency; at the same time as each camera is equipped with a transmission cable, will increase the system cost, the installation, maintenance, expansion become more complex later.Therefore, this paper analyzes the flotation foam image system functional requirements, the use of embedded development technology, developed a kind of flotation foam image system of multi channel acquisition device based on FPGA-DSP. The main work is as follows:(1) In the aspect of data processing, using FPGA-DSP structure, FPGA data processing ability of both simple and complex algorithms, processing ability, meet the performance requirements and implementation of image acquisition and processing, solves the technical problem between FPGA and DSP asynchronous collaborative processing.(2) In the aspect of data transmission, using Gigabit Ethernet as the transmission medium, the device can completely meet the speed HD image transmission requirements, overcomes LAN multi node data communication difficulties, realizes the multi channels data acquisition; using special GigE transmission for high definition image transmission interface protocol, this protocol adopts large data packets the DMA acquisition mode, not only improves the efficiency of data transmission, but also reduces the occupied during image acquisition rate of CPU.(3) In the development process, according to the interference problem in industry field, give full consideration to the industrial scene has many disturbance factors of the environment, so in the design of schematic and printed circuit board, special anti-interference design, completed in printed circuit board design of the high-speed digital signal clock key, high speed data bus are analyzed. Signal Integrity simulation, verify the design, to achieve the expected goal.(4) In order to test the functionality of the system, set up multi-channel flotation image acquisition device test platform, device functional and performance of the comprehensive test, the test results show that the device can satisfy the production process monitoring functions and can adapt to the flotation workshop environment.44figures,5tables,61references are presented. |
