Research On The Model And Support Technology Of Manufacturing Industry Servitization

Economic globalization and informatization makes the competition betweenenterprises increasingly fierce and the limitations of manufacturing resources and therise of manufacturing costs make traditional manufacturing gain lower and lower profits,customers are no longer merely satisfied to get high-quality products but also to getmore good service with the enhancement of service awareness. Such circumstancespromote the transformation of the form of global manufacturing, services with highadded value play a more and more important role in the economic. Some enterpriseswith core competitive advantages and technologies start to take service as the core ofthe value chain, the integration of manufacturing and service industries promotes thedevelopment of manufacturing servitization and service-oriented manufacturing, andthey gradually become the strategic choice for manufacturing enterprises to obtain newcompetitive advantage. The equipment manufacturing industry is an important pillarindustry of the economic, which once had deep industrial base but developed slowly inrecent years. It has great significance to research how to develop the equipmentmanufacturing industry by the opportunities of Manufacturing Industry ServitizationThis paper explores the following problems in details. Firstly, it describes andanalysis the theoretical background of manufacturing servitization, expounds thedefinitions of manufacturing servitization both at home and abroad, the evolution ofmanufacturing servitization and the relationship between manufacturing and services.Secondly, it summarizes the theories of the theoretical basis of manufacturingservitization, analyzing the development mechanism of manufacturing servitizationfrom the point of the theory of service innovation and value chain. Taking Shaanxiequipment manufacturing industry for example, the paper makes a SWOT analysis andconstructs a SWOT matrix about it, including two kinds of manufacturing servitizationmodels, outsourcing and service integration model and manufacturing informationservice model base on ASP/SaaS. Then builds up three kind of servitization technicalsupport system include modern manufacturing enterprise logistics service platform, equipment health maintenance service platform and great equipment project maincontract platform. Finally, according to the situations of the cooperation enterprise, thethesis develops a knowledge-based manufacturing enterprise service support system bythe means of ASP.NET (C#) and based on B/S mode, making it possible to sharing theknowledge of product design, product manufacturing, facilities maintenance, after-salesservice and product management.
