The widely use of electricity creat an upsurge second industrial revolution and ithas brought great convenience to people’s lives, but it also brings a lot of energysecurity risks as the frequent use of intricate wire and plug sockets.Magnetic coupling wireless power transmission technology transport energy withthe near field coupling, wireless transmission of electrical energy can be achieved inthe medium range distances. It can improve the distance of traditional wireless powertransmission and the transmission efficiency. It has broad application prospects. FPGAis able to generate a high-frequency signal by the hardware circuit, which has fastspeed, convenient design and high stability. Class E amplifier can produce high-powerand high-frequency power source by FPGA control. It provides hardware support forthe study of the magnetic coupling wireless power transmission technology.Firstly, in this paper we use coil coupling theory to calculate the analyticalsolution within the near field expressions of mutual inductance, and analyzes thecontact between the size and the coupling coefficient when the coils are in a coaxialstate, then we make a conclusion that the coil coupling is max when the coils’ radiusis equal to each other. We analyze the relationship between the transmission power,efficiency and frequency combined with the wireless power transmission ideal model.Then this paper makes a detailed description of the magnetic coupling wireless powertransmission system in Class E Amplifier design. It consists of the DC power circuitdesign, main circuit design, Radio frequency circuit design and load options. Throughthe circuit simulation of wireless power transmission system, we analyze the influenceof the frequency and the coupling coefficient of the wireless power transmissionsystem.Then we design a frequency tracking signal generator circuit by FPGA control,the accuracy can achieve0.01MHz.Finally, combined with FPGA control and Class E Amplifier,we make amagnetically coupled wireless transmission experiment. We success to light a60-wattincandescent bulbs within20cm, the transmission efficiency can reach80%.
