Tracking shear is a kind of crosscutting, its feature is that the servo motordriven cutting equipment to do reciprocating motion, and in the synchronizationregion the speed of cutting equipment and the material feeding speed achievesynchronization, in the same time the cutting equipment complete the shearingaction, and then return to the origin, again tracking synchronization, reciprocatingaction. The cutting equitment can be pneumatic or hydraulic shear, can also be sawcutting etc.. The use of tracking shear is very common in the pipe, profiles cutting,because of tracking shear avoids the deformation of the material, and require lessmotor power compared with the flying shear motor power.The servo system is composed of several parts according to the function.Eachpart is analyzed in detail.Hardware circuit design principle,componentschoosing,and software realization are provided.Moreover,the design principle ofthe experimental prototype in this dissertation is also described.Tracking cutting servo system is a typical point-to-point system, in order tofinish up the user’s process parameter excellently, the controller for each loopdesign becomes the key factor. So,in the paper, successively introduce theprinciples of the trajectory planning, position loop, velocity loop, torque loop, andaccording to corresponding control algorithm design erery loop. Speed loop in thecontroller is in the important position of connecting, how to make the actual speedof the system follow the speed instruction, and to eliminate or suppress the totalinterference of servo system is the first problem of the speed loop design. The autodisturbance rejection controller(ADRC) is applied to speed loop, and design theADRC controller of speed loop. Experiments show that the ADRC controller ofspeed loop has quick dynamic response, high control precision, and no overshoot.At the same time, and has strong robustness to changes in system load, moment ofinertia and the stator resistance and system parameters. With the theoretical knowledge above, finally the paper introduces the designof hardware system, software system and PC’s man-machine interface TCsoftware.The hardware system includes a control circuit, power circuit and auxiliary circuit.The software system includes a main program, interrupt service program, theposition regulator, the ADRC speed controller etc.. The man-machine interfaceTCsoftware is used to display system status, system parameter settings and otherfunctions.
