The computer technology and the network is developing rapidly, realizing enterprise’snetwork management has become very important. The contemporary market requiresenterprises to innovate, to adjust to the changing circumstances and to adapt quicklypersonalized customer requirements, enterprises should develop imminent efficientproduction methods, collaborative product configuration system basing on Web get togetherthe Internet and production, realize the intelligent product configuration and automation,greatly improve the efficiency of the enterprise.This research used multi-level mapping and configuration method and improved theproduct configuration system module division. It did a further expand and improvement tothe examples of library system namely data information database of components ofcollaborative product configuration system.In other words it increased bag machine powermodule in the system to achieve screening and configuration under conditions with moreneeds and complex,and it improved the product configuration process variant designsystem.When component parts and components already in the database can not meetcustomer demand in collaborative product configuration process, it can use the variantdesign system and configure the required components efficiently.Original variant design isbased on variant design geometries. it can only change the size but not change the parts ofthe structure.Features designed enable developers combine common features such as holes,grooves and other parts to build and change the existing structure.To achieve collaborative product configuration and associated operating system wereelaborated in this paper,In the product configuration process it requires the productinformation management, such as spare parts management, personnel addedmanagement,drawing file uploading and downloading, chat rooms and so on.Thiscollaborative product configuration system based on Web on this topic will achievefunctions above.And it will do a deeper research on the technology and developmentplatforms realization of collaborative product configuration system used. This system willpublished though web,and ultimately the feasibility of collaborative product configurationsystem is to be verified.
