Design And Implementation Of Information System For Property Management

With the high development of information technology and improving of the life,the global is already in the era of knowledge-driven economy which focuses ontechnology. Information technology blends in all aspests of life by its highpermeability and advancement. So information construction is necessary for allwalks of life. The platform of property management combines process property,basic information of building, sharing and maintaining the process of chargingproperty fee in a information system. The platform changes traditional propertymanagement which deals with the affairs completely depending on experience, useslabors and files to manage and owns specila characteristic of working efficiencilyand conveniently. In this platform, the worker can work in anytime and anyweherenot only the old work style of real-time.Based on the property management platform of Guangdong Provincial center ofinformation Construction, this paper regards providing a information platform toproprety manager as design objective, integrates the information in the process ofmanaging and makes the manage automation. During the studying and designing ofa property management information platform, this paper adopts a large numbers ofpapers and projests on property management at home and abroad and designs thisplatform in detail based on the situation of this project..Researching on the information technology at home and abroad, this systemintegrates Flex，BlazeDS，Spring and Hibernate during the implementation. Thispaper do demand analysis about the process of property management, uses UML todo static modeling, dynamic modeling, designs and models the process of payingproperty in advance and depositing payment at bank and designs database. In theimplementation of system, this paper shows the function of this system in detail. Atlast, it uses database of Mysql and language of Java to develop.This information platform of property management contains daily management,toll administration, basic information managemeng, statistical statementmanagement and system settings. The toll administration realizes the payment ofproperty fee in advance and depositing payment at bank. The efficiency and qualityof property management are improved through this system.
