The Design And Implemention Of The Inter-network Video Surveillance System Based On SIP

With the rapid development of technology in multimedia field and network,telecom company are asking for higher quality video monitoring equipment.Thecommunications between the remote video monitoring systems have become animportant issue.How to solve this problem has become a key point about developinga video monitor system.With the rapid development of NGN, NGN multimediaapplications has been gradually on the rise,and these applications core protocol isSIP.It’s simple and flexible,distributed control, separation of business and call controlfeatures make industry agree with the point that SIP is the future of videosurveillance mainstream protocol. Therefore, this system will use SIP as the signalingcontrol protocol.It will take better expansibility, compatibility, flexibility to thissystem, and it will achieve the separation of business and control. comply with mediastreaming applications of NGN.In summary, the research work of this paper are:(1) Studied the NGN and NGN’s softswitch technology which is NGN’s callcontrol core. Combined with the softswitch technology’s core protocol SIP’sfeature,and the features of inter-network, Doing research work of the SIP-basedinter-network video surveillance system technology for the NGN,then study the SIP,SDP, RTP, H.264which is used in this video system.(2)After Search numberous related master paper, found that those whoimplement video surveillance system based on SIP can only do inner-network videosurveillance,but ignoring the NAT traversal problem which is brought byinter-network video surveillance.And those paper which solved the NAT traversalproblem in SIP,most of them just against on SIP itself or some SIP’s application suchas VOIP,little to solve the NAT traversal problem in video surveillance system baseon SIP.(3)To solve the NAT traversal problem in inter-network video surveillancesystem,this paper have analysis some mainstream NAT traversal method,and finallydecide to use STUN protocol based,RTP relay server supplemented to solve the NAT traversal problem.After several tests,the method in this paper can solve the NATtraversal problem well,and the system in this paper can realize the inter-networkvideo surveillance.(4) This paper design a camera apapter software to turn a cheap normal camerato be a standard surveillance cameras which are SIP-based and meet the standards ofGB28181. it will make system cheap.(5)after test this system several times,it’s found out this system is fit with thissystem’s requirement.
