With the rapid development of information technology and the increasinglyfierce business competition, it has become necessary to develop an office automationsystem for enterprises’ further development. Because the company was built not forlong time, People Search Network co., LTD has no perfect human resourcemanagement systems, which, on one hand brings inconvenience to the dailymanagement of human resources, on the other hand are likely to cause confusion orunnecessary errors. In addition, it also limits the further development of the company.Therefore, this paper designs and implements a human resource management systembased on large number of references for People Search Network co. to standardize thecompany’s human resource management, to free administrative staff from a largenumber of complex disorder repeat work and to save office costs and improve theirmarket competitiveness.In this paper, the human resources management system uses the combinationdesign of administrative organizational structure of the lateral and vertical structure.From the view of horizontal angle, system is divided into several sub-systems, namely:recruitment management, time management, personnel management, performancemanagement and payroll management subsystem; from a longitudinal perspective, thesystem is divided into5levels according to the system role privileges: theadministrator, the personnel director, business manager (time, recruitment, financeand performance), the general staff and interns. The transverse and longitudinaldesign of the system is linked up by user management to ensure system security.The system is implemented based on B/S architecture and following the MVCdesign pattern and ultimately manage the employees unified. In this system, eachemployee can log in, read and operate the appropriate content based on differentpermissions, increasing the transparency of human resource management. Meanwhile,the system can be accessed all over the world via Internet/Intranet technology whichenables employees keeps track of business-related information. After testing, thesystem has basically achieved the design goal.
