| High intensity focused ultrasound technology is widely used in treatmentof solid tumors, especially non-invasive treatment of uterine fibroidsbecause it will focus on treatment area without damage the normal tissuesaround and in the sound paths. The accurate positioning and the real-timemonitoring in the process of the treatment is directly related to the safety ofthe treatment process and so has very important significance. Focus on therotating ultrasound images guided focused ultrasound treatment system,regional segmentation,3-d reconstruction and3-d visualization are carried outto determine the position between treatment area and the lesion.After the research of the segmentation method based on the areathreshold this paper focus on the segmentation method based on the thresholdlevel set. This method delimits ROI region on the image after treatment basedon the target spot and target region planned before treatment, Otsu thresholdanalysis of the ROI region and then segment the image after treatment basedon threshold level set method according to the information of threshold. The experimental results show that this method ensures the sensitivity andaccuracy of the segmentation results as well as overcomes the disadvantages.Then, this paper researches the coordinate transformation and interpolationmethods to change the rotate ultrasound image sequence data into theorthogonal three-dimensional data needed to visualize, the results showed thatdistance weighted interpolation method is superior to the nearest neighborinterpolation method both in reconstruction of body shape and size. For3-dvisualization of tumor and treatment region at the same time, this articledesign a method combined transparent display and Marching Cubes methodto show the tumor and treatment region at the same time, according to theresults we can clearly distinguish the size,shape of the tumor and thetreatment area, and their position relationship to each other. |
