Abstract/Summary:
ADS-B is the technology used in air traffic control and it uses the broadcasttransmission. during the transmission,there are lots of interference.Therefore, thealgorithm is very strict to error correction. In order to obtain the correctsignal,confidence judgment and error correction of the ADS-B messages, the effectivemethods should must be adopt. the algorithm not only inhibit the effect of multipath,but also guarantee the effective transmission of ADS-B messages.The important purpose of this project is to study the preamble detection arithmeticand the data bit extraction of S mode ADS-B signal. This paper realized the improvedon the original Mode S decoding algorithm, realizing the information receivingfunction in high density conditions, Including a header detection algorithm, data bitextraction based on multi sample and multi parameter,confidence determinantalgorithm, CRC error detection and correction algorithm.This has profoundsignificance on the development of China’s air traffic control system.At the sametime,This article also explains the working mode and the basic architecture of theADS-B system.Then, the paper introduces signal detection theory research andhardware implementation of the S model.Finally, This project describes the tool ofads-b information processing, and also tells the hardware architecture.The main content of this subject includes processing:1. Improve model S header detection algorithm. Including realize the preambledetecting algorithm,confidence judgment and error correction.2. This paper uses the FPGA module design and water treatment mode for dataprocessing,which can get reliable ads-b signals.Then,these sample point data sent tothe PC via a serial port.3. Based on the ISE software, the code uses the Verilog language,and the functionsimulation uses modelism software.
