The Design And Implementation For The Communication System Integrated Of Multi-Communication Modules

In the past fifty years, wireless data communication system has developed very fast, with its advantages of portable to take, low operating costs, covering wide areas. In the recent20years, China has developed the Beiou positioning system independently which performs excellent in positioning accuracy, security aspect. This article is based on the general aviation air traffic control system project. and proposed an innovative IPC-centered system integrated with multi wireless communication modules including3G, satellite communications, digital radio, ADS-B, and BeiDou positioning module, etc. This system is free to choose one or more modules to communicate with outside seamlessly, according to commands or communication quality of each module. The main work and innovations of this paper is as follows:1、Analyze the demand of key components of this system, and based on which, compare two schemes of using ARM embedded as control center and using Industrial Personal Computer as control center, draw a conclusion that using IPC is the better choice. Finish the system general design and the overall framework design.2、Designed and implemented system hardware features. Most importantly, complete the-operating voltage design in each module and PCB board schematic design which is used to provide a unified interface for external data. Finally finish the PCB layout and implementation using professional wiring software.3、Designed and completed control center software, including simple data display and data transmission and reception functions between the control center and other modules.4、Tested the system using both hardware and software, confirmed that data communication functioned very well and so is the system.
