| As we know, our country is on top of the world’s big fruit production countries, butcompared with the European and American countries, we are faced with difficult exportsituation and some real problems such as low price, these problems are rooted in poor fruitquality. One of the main causes that affecting fruit quality is the growing environment,another important reason is bagging technology. At present our country has widely usedfruit bagging cultivation technique, but due to the poor quality of fruit bag the fruit qualityis now lower than international level. Therefore, it becomes the most concern of people toimprove the quality of the fruit bag.In the process of fruit bag production, people have found that to adjust the tension ofpaper tape reasonably could effectively improve the quality of fruit bag. In order to reducethe production cost of fruit bag, and improve production efficiency, the tension controlsystem must be added to fruit bag machine. We know that running paper tape tension isinfluenced by multiple factors, in order to define the specific factors that influencing thepaper tape tension, this paper studied and analyzed the formation principle of paper tapetension, through the paper tape tension formula, we conclude that tape speed and thechange of the paper roll diameter largely influence the tension of paper tape.In order to maintain a constant tension of the running tape, the tension control systemof fruit bag machine needs to be more intelligent, and get rid of the traditional mechanicalcontrol mode, so this paper designs a tension control system—ATmega16as the core. Thehardware circuit of the system is mainly include the detection circuit, control circuit, drivecircuit and power supply circuit, the detection circuit is mainly composed of tension sensorand signal acquisition circuit, control circuit is mainly composed of MCU, A/D conversioncircuit and magnetic powder brake. In order to make the control system to be more precise,the intelligent control strategy is applied to the software design of the system. We canmake up a software program to coordinate the relationship between different hardwarecircuits.Fruit bag in the process of production, according to the properties of paper tapetension, this paper proposes a new algorithm—fuzzy genetic PID, it can solve the problemof controller parameters is difficult to determine. Through MATLAB simulation tools forgenetic fuzzy PID, from the simulation results indicate that fuzzy genetic PID is very effective to the paper tape tension control. It is not only improve the dynamic and staticcharacteristics of control system, but also make the control system react rapidly andwithout overshoot. Therefore, the method is a kind of rare paper tape tension controlmethod.Through test analysis of the system, we can get the following conclusion:(1)Under the presence of external disturbances, when the system can still worknormally, it shows that the system has good stability and anti-jamming ability.(2)In order to meet the control requirements of different paper material, thecorresponding parameters of system can real-time change, and the system structure issimple and is easy to operate.(3)In the aspect of tension control, in order to meet the needs of the user, the systemcan adjust the size of the paper tape tension and make the actual fruit bags and theoreticalfruit bags identical basically, so it has the certain application value for the fruit bagmachine. |
