| LTE-A is the fourth generation mobile communication standard, which is the biggest newtechnology research and development project initiated by3GPP in recent year.As the increasing business rate and service quality, the load in cells becomes moreunbalanced.Then the radio resource can not be efficiently used. How to manage the radioresource becomes more and more important. As an important aspect of radio resourcemanagement, load balancing strategy plays an important role in improving the throughout andbalancing the load.This paper raises the independent load balancing strategy to solve the problem. The goal isbalancing the overload users to the neighbor cells, which are not the hot cells, in the absence ofintervention. The hot part of the load cell network can migrate through independent loadbalancing algorithm to neighbor non-hot pot areas. So that it can achieve the self-organizing ofthe entire network and improve the utilization of radio resources across the network, increasingthe throughput of the network, so as to realize the effective management of radio resources.Through experiments can increase network throughput of about5percent, a decrease congestionlevel of around4%.In this paper, we use the system level simulation, and through the results of the experimentaldata, can verify the load balancing module to the extent of reducing the load of the hot cell,improving the utilization of neighbor non-hot-cell radio resources. |
