Because the use of home safety, environmental protection and other features, Manual intermittent low-pressure sprayer are more and more people of all ages, it is difficult to produce high pressure spray to get a good results by this type of sprayer manual intermittent work, good results depend on the nozzle atomization performance and manual body mechanical properties.Thus, from the type of sprayer design and development perspective, the spray nozzle performance experimental test system meets the need for a low pressure and intermittent work under the special requirements, Given the current low domestic and international field of experimental test system is still in the state empty, this study aims to complete a set of low-pressure spray nozzle atomization characteristics of the special inspection requirements of experimental low-pressure spray nozzle performance test systems. Experimental test-system development with integrated innovative ideas, institutions will be three-dimensional parametric CAD and motion simulation and device monitoring and control system integration for one, can achieve the parameters of atomizer design manual sector analysis and motion simulation, intermittent spray nozzle performance test conditions and the establishment of a complete data acquisition process for this type of sprayer to improve the performance of research and experimental testing to provide the means.The main work is to study this experimental test system used in the field of low-pressure atomization the need, proposed the establishment of a numerical technique based on low-pressure spray test systems, based on parametric modeling agency sprayer manual, virtual assembly and motion simulation principles and methods of research, the use of SolidWorks secondary development agencies to achieve the sprayer manual parametric modeling and motion simulation, simulation of the actual movement of the hand movement state institutions, access speed-time graph, the piston-cylinder actuator in accordance with this speed; speed of the piston-cylinder pressure and the relationship between the spray and using integral separate PID control algorithm, numerical control theory to achieve a precise spray pressure servo control and multiphase flow atomization control of gas-liquid mass ratio. Finally, the experimental low-pressure spray nozzle spray experimental application of the test system, with multiple sets of experiments to validate its performance, the results show that the system functionality and performance to achieve research targets.
