As a displacement sensor,the precision carbon film potentiometer is widely used in the position feedback system of Aeronautics and Astronautics because of its high stability and high precision.As the key component of the precision carbon film potentiometer,the resistance film is embodied in the resistance,linearity and wear resistance,and will directly affect the control accuracy and service life of the position feedback system.In the manufacturing process of precision carbon film potentiometer,the film is processed by spraying atomization,and the atomization quality of the resistance liquid spraying has a crucial influence on the processing quality of the resistance diaphragm.Firstly,based on the precise carbon film potentiometer spraying device,the principle of spray machining with resistance diaphragm is analyzed,and the atomization characteristics of effervescent atomizing nozzle are systematically studied.Effervescent atomizing nozzle has some advantages,such as atomizing quality is not affected by nozzle inner diameter,atomizing quality is high,and gas consumption is low.In order to better advantage of effervescent atomizer used in resistance of liquid atomization,the numerical simulation of resistance of effervescent atomizing nozzle,influence the atomization pressure conditions on the droplet velocity of atomization quality through the simulation results.Then the liquid resistance effervescent atomizing flow PIV(Particle Image Velocimetry)measurement experiment was designed.Using the atomization equipment conditions of adjustable parameters,and PIV equipment with the image program,setting up the experimental environment without outside interference,the measurement of liquid resistance effervescent atomizing flow.This paper used multigrid iterative cross-correlation algorithm,written by Matlab software of PIV image program,completed the analysis of the resistance liquid bubble atomizing flow field image,get the transient velocity field distribution,satisfactory results.Finally,based on the precise carbon film potentiometer spraying device,a certain type of resistance diaphragm was sprayed in different atomization characteristics of resistance of resistance value and the effect of diaphragm linearity,seeking process optimum parameters meet the value of the target model and linearity request.
