| For any company or organization, the equipment is very important. A good equipment management information system is essential for the day to day management of an enterprise. To keep the equipments are not lose, to control the using status at real time, to ensure the state of using and to reduce the cost via keep the reuse of the equipment is the social’s request. And also, the level of management for equipment can give us a image of the company and the boss.This paper is indicating the design of the equipment management system which developed for the company’s actual requirement. It based on the management theory and management information system theory. In the initial system development, we did the deep and detail research on device management of enterprise. In the meantime, it established a functional model of the system to be developed, map out the corresponding data flow diagrams and the network image. From the phase of selecting requirement to the phase of testing for the management system, we design every step for keeping the quality of this system.Equipment management information system is developed from the method of object-oriented software design systems on the basis of functional requirements, via the C/S model and the platform of JAVAEE, MVC, Android and Barcode function, the data can be input automatically. The equipment management information system can be used for saving the device’s information, indicating the using status, user name and make the report. The system deals with basic data about equipment, initial management, maintenance, operation and even disposal. Thus, effective monitoring and control of the operation of equipment and its status in the entire process has been achieved.Equipment management information system has a clearly frame, abundant functions and good scalability. It supports the rich information to the user, make the management of the equipment easily. It provides user-friendly, easy to operate and maintenance, and also can be updated easily in the future. |
