| Under the background of the increasing market competition for the environmental protection product manufacturing enterprises, enterprises want to gain a foothold in the market, in addition to improve its management level, optimizing production structure, lower production costs and also need to strengthen the acquisition and management of customer resources.This research topic according to current situation of the customer management of environmental protection product production enterprises use the information technology to achieve a customer marketing management system that can provide services to customer management and improve enterprise competitiveness in the market.The research work is based on the actual customer management of the enterprise business as a starting point and in strict accordance with the software development stages, the main content of the thesis work including:(1) Based on the in-depth research of user requirements, this thesis researched the design and implementation scheme of the customer marketing management system which used the ASP.NET technology, the Visual Studio application development platform and the SQL Server database.(2) This thesis designed and implemented a customer information management module which realized the customer life cycle maintenance and management.(3) This thesis designed and implemented a customer marketing management module which realized the mining of potential customers through sales opportunity maintenance and customer development plan.(4) The system can predict the future of the product sales based on the enterprise existing historical sales data, this thesis gave the process of the Boston matrix analysis and algorithm implementation and evaluated the results of prediction in view of the specific data.The customer marketing management system was discussed by this thesis compared with other similar systems, on the choice of technical solutions,its adopted three layers framework, so effectively improved the flexibility and scalability of the application;On the functional design, through the sales forecast function, this system can provide reliable reference data for the enterprise marketing decisions. At present, the customer marketing management system has been running in Nanjing Guodian Environmental Protection Company, from the point of operation, the system can standardize the customer management process and promoted the enterprise marketing decisions. |
