In the premise of improving the comprehensive management efficiency of school, and for the purpose of developing the school’s personnel Organization and management System, with the aid of advanced computer network technology, this thesis research the Design and Realization of personnel Organization and management System based on B/S structure, in order to promote the organization of personnel management more scientific, effective.The main work of the thesis can be summarized as follows:(1) By discussing on common system development method, and analyzing the object oriented technology, the total technical proposal of system development was clear.(2) By analyzing the target system’s requirement, operation process and data flow, the functions of the target system were defined.(3) By the overall design and detailed design on target system, a universal system implementation scheme was proposed.(4) By listing the current popular technology’s application and Examples of functional in target system, the thesis can provide reference for construction of college personnel organization and management System.Based on above work, the thesis forms a practical scheme to build Wenda College personnel Organization and management System that is based on Object-oriented theory, method and Web application. The scheme is valuable to the modernization of college personnel organization and management.
