This paper discusses the design and implementation of Shanghai Post Institute network project management system. This system faces to large-scale network engineering project conduction and management business and the paper mainly analyzes and discusses the system’s network resource management, network equipment management, network project benefit management and network engineering project testing and quality control management, etc.First, this paper builds the system’s demand analysis user cases, especially discusses some specific functions’user cases such as network resource management network equipment management, network project benefit management and network engineering project testing and quality control management, etc. The system consists of technology information management sub-system and transaction information management sub-system. Technology information management layer focuses on processing each network project’s technical scenario, features and performance and its processing objects are the network scenario’s technical features. However, transaction information management layer focuses on processing each network project’s management transactions and it mainly faces to the projects’ business management flow, network resource data, real equipment running data and cost fee data etc. The above two layers combine to compose the system’s main internal processing tasks. This engineering project management system is implemented on Microsoft.NET, uses C#to programming, and its support platform is.NET Framework3.5or higher. Its development bases on Visual Studio2010integrated complying and developing environment, database sub-system uses Microsoft SQL Server2008. The software runs stable in test running and reaches the anticipated developing goal.
