Design And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management Systems Of Xinjiang University Of Finance&Economics

The scientific research management system of Xinjiang university of finance&economics was developed by VFP, both in function and using bring many inconvenience to scientific research administrator. Especially in scientific research management, scientific achievement management and academic conference management there are a lot of problems. Therefore, Xinjiang university of finance&economics needs a scientific research management system which is suit to their own characteristics. It can unified manage the scientific research management work. The dissertation is formed under this context.In the process of design and implementation system development uses software engineering design idea. From the actual requirement of scientific management work it completes requirement analysis, system architecture design, function module division, database design, system implementation and system test etc. The dissertation analysis system feasibility according to user’s requirement, labor system function requirement and uses data flow diagram describe system function requirement. Use case analysis method is used to analysis system role require, there are three roles which respectively are system administrator, administrator and faculty. System overall function module is divided into seven modules which respectively are organization management module, personnel management module, project management module, achievement management module, academic reference management module, reference module and system management module. The dissertation design functional hierarchical model and use activity diagram design function flow. System use traditional MVC mode, use B/S structure as architecture, use JSP as program language, uses SQL as background database and use struts2realize interaction between foreground and background. It elaborate system test goal, content and result, at the same time analysis test result.Through using the scientific research management system the scientific research administrator can carry out unified management. It provides a scientific research data timely, accurate, dynamic update management platform. It provides comprehensive service for carrying out various scientific research activities, at the same time improves work efficiency of scientific research management and reducing work intensity.
