Design And Implementation Of Online Reimbursement System For Qilu Securities

Medium-sized enterprises, especially conglomerates in corporate management are facing one serious problem, that is reimbursement management. Reimbursement management, including reimbursement for kinds of timely collectio, analysis and comparison with the budget, can be used to strengthen the management and control of costs, and achieve cost savings, improve profits and enhance the company’s competitiveness. Online Reimbursement system achieves the reimbursement of business through the internal network or the Internet. Based on system sets, the system supports a kind of process modes, include "approval before audit" and " audit before approval".Qilu Securities Co., as one of the largest integrated domestic securities firms, is forming one integrated securities Holdings Group including a set of securities, funds, direct investment and futures. The traditional manual reimbursement can not meet the growing requirement of business reimbursement. Online reimbursement system can supervise and control the whole process from beginning to end by the management of various bills from the application, approval, auditing, billing and analysis of expenditures. The system features include:system definition, sets up all the basic information of online reimbursement and customizes the application and reimbursement bill types. Application function for users to submit business applications, include application bills, loan applications, reimbursement applications and repayment applications. Approval function, audits certain applications by bosses, also supports customizing document approval process, multi-organization, multiplayer approval, with various types of message notification, approval logs and commissioned approvals. Auditing function, financial departments audit the manual bills or those filled by the system, locate the bill position by barcode and calculate subsidies. Payment function, payment workers send receipt and payment requests to the finance department. For the independent user, it’s allowed to handle the business directly. Query and analysis statistics function is designed to query bills. For different positions, it is performed according to department, bill type, bill status. As a result, it can generate cost statistics, sector classification summary tables, the cost of grading summary table, reimbursement breakdown inquiry reports.In this paper, we design and implement the reimbursement system according to the specific needs of Qilu Securities. Following the software engineering development steps, the paper will introduce demand analysis, general design, detailed design, codes and tests of the system.
