With the rapid development of society and economy today,the proportion of computer software programs in the community has become greater and greater,and the demand for information technology,such as enterprises and campuses,is constantly increasing.The school leaders of Honghe Health Vocational College realized that the traditional paper-based expense reimbursement system has many problems in the current environment.The conflicts in time,space,and personnel have severely restricted the efficiency of reimbursement management.The paper management system severely restricts the convenience and efficiency of the college's reimbursement management.It has been severely divorced from the development of the information age.Therefore,the design and implementation of the online reimbursement management system is imminent.The development of Honghe Health Vocational College online reimbursement management system uses Windows operating system,using J2EE server to provide services for the system,using JDK 1.4 version,test browser select IE 8.0,available system memory is 1G,using SQL Server 2014 database storage system to storm all kinds of data.The Java language with strong portability is used to write the system's low-level code.The MVC design idea is used to divide the system layer into three parts:model,view and control.Among them,the data graphics information is mainly displayed in the view layer,the control layer is constructed using the Struts framework,and the model layer is composed of the DAO and the database server.Honghe Health Vocational College's online reimbursement management system has my reimbursement management,project distribution management,project authorization management,approval management,and basic setup.The operations implemented in my reimbursement management include reimbursement operations management,selection of business types,bill filling management,reimbursement point management,filling in business details,and payment method management.Among them,reimbursement point management has realized the formulation of handlers and the selection of reimbursement points.,choose whether to sign the network,fill in the attachment information and other operations;the operations implemented in the project distribution management include project information management,single item allocation,multi-project allocation,manual adjustment allocation,and submission of projects;the operations implemented in the project authorization management include online authorization management and unlicensed project management;the operations implemented in basic settings management include login management and personal information settings.The implementation of the online reimbursement management system can effectively alleviate the constraints of site,time,and personnel and other objective factors on the reimbursement process,and provide faculty and student users with a more high-quality and convenient reimbursement experience.At the same time,it can also effectively ease the pressure on Honghe Health Vocational College in terms of economic operations and income and expenditure.
