It has been a focus of software engineering application field.Aim at the house relocation application requirement of Anshan Zhonghengxin Real Estate Appraisal Co Ltd on the base of analysis of management information systems development status and interrelated technology, a design schema of a house relocation management information system is given. System functions cover all key business areas of the house relocation management, including user information management, code management, plot information management, house property management, owner information management, house property distribution information management, house reservation information and statistical summary management eight subsystems. System is developed by utilizing the Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2008platform and Microsoft SQL Server2005database. It has strict rights management, friendly user interface, application stability, and flexible management. The system is based on the analysis and construction of real business, thus the system has the characteristics of user-friendly and appropriate business.The test result shows that the whole system operates normally, all designed functions are realized basically, and the system meets user requirements and can constantly operate reliably. The house relocation management information system has been actually deployed and put into use. The actual use shows the entire management information system not only can improve the work efficiency of the house relocation management, but also has strong flexibility. |
