With the increasingly intense competition in the global market, manufacturing enterprises put forward higher requirements to improve product quality and production efficiency, reduce production costs and resource consumption, etc. The production process of digitization, intelligent and transparency has become the developing direction of the manufacturing enterprise. In particular, the internet of things technology application in manufacturing enterprises, breaks the old mode of production and makes the manufacturing production process, especially the assembly process to develop in the intelligentized direction. In the process of mechanical product assembly under the environment of internet of things, information interaction and communication equipment have the characteristics of multi-source and heterogeneity. A large number of uncertain multi-source information perception produced in the assembly process brings very great difficulty to information perception and interaction.Based on internet of things technology application in manufacturing industry, through the analysis of the characteristics in the mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things and the requirements and difficulties in information interaction of assembly process, research multi-source information perception and interaction problems in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of internet of things. Firstly, analyzing the characteristics of the information perception in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things, propose information perception platform architecture in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things.Secondly, on the basis of classification of assembly information in the process of mechanical product assembly, put forward the concept of workcenter intelligent assembly unit. Then set up multi-source information active perception model in the center of workcenter intelligent assembly unit, realize the logic integration of the assembly process management and control.Thirdly, analyzing the present research situation and existing problems of information interaction in mechanical product assembly process, according to the previous limitations of information interaction and new requirements of information interaction in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things, and connecting with multi-source information perception model, propose a kind of information interaction standard in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things. This paper focuses on the form and structure of the interaction standard and its communication and application process in the assembly process.Finally, using multi-source information perception platform, the active perception of multi-source information model and information interaction standard which are proposed in this paper, research multi-source information perception and interaction problems in mechanical product assembly process in the engine assembly, for example. Results show that using the proposed model and information interaction standard can well realize information interaction in mechanical product assembly process under the environment of the internet of things, and also show that the information interaction standard has applicability.
