With the development of science and technology, people have becomeincreasingly demanding for products. In particular, automatic correctioncontroller is important in those industries where need winding strip, for instance,paper industry, steel, printing and so on; because the uniformity of the strip edgeis completely determined by the automatic correction control system and itaffects the quality of the finished product. The subsequent process has a moresignificant impact on yield. Therefore, high-quality and high-performanceautomatic correction control system is very important. In this paper, the controlsystem is based on the automatic correction controller in the bag making machinefrom Long xin Bag Making Factory.This research analyzed the mechanism of the automatic correction controlsystem and the reasons for the deviation of the strip. Design hardwareconfiguration for automatic correcting controller, determination detecting sensorand actuator of deviation control system. it mentioned the establishment of themathematical model in this corrective control system, In order to ensure thecorrect given controller has good given tracking and anti-interference ability,establish the perturbation model of automatic correction control system, Throughthe selection of the weighted sensitivity function. Using MATLAB programmingsoftware, calculating the value of the upper and lower bounds of the sensitivityfunction, determine the transfer function of the controller, writing the controllerin a given simulation curve and disturbances.In this research, TMS320F2812controller was chosen as the controller inthis control system and infrared sensors were used as correcting sensors. Servomotors were chosen as the power source for the corrective mechanism to drivethe screw as the implementing device. System hardware mentioned in this paper contain the design of DSP hardware power module, servo motor control signalcircuit design, the current correction photoelectric sensor signal conditioningcircuit module design and RAM expansion circuit. System software part ispreparat system initialization, ADC, PWM, timer and controller of discretecontrol algorithm module procedures.
