Design And Implementation Of The Attendance Management System In Enterprise Based On B/S

The construction of enterprise information system has become more and moreimportant development direction of enterpriseinformation, and the attendancemanagement system based on the information management mode has become amodernenterprise personnel information management system. Attendancemanagement system is closely related to enterprise staff daily attendance, departmentmanagement and payoff. At the same time, information technology especially WEBtechnology and database technology, makes the enterpriseattendance management hasundergone earth shaking changing.The traditional way of attendance, often requires recording the employee’sattendance by hand. This method spends too many times and is lack of transparency,and increases enterprise burden. Using modern information technology to replace thetraditional attendance method, and providing the collection of attendance information,personnel management, scheduling formulation, abnormal data audit, statistics andother functions,is beneficial to the construction of enterprise attendance management.WEB attendance management system based on B/S architecture can realizeattendance of every employee at any time and any place, avoiding a large amount ofmaintenance work.The main work of this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly, by introducing online check-in technique, it is the biggest differencebetween the attendance system implemented in this paper and the traditional system.We carried out feasibility analysis, and described the system design objectivesthrough the functional requirements, technical requirements and performancerequirements. The system function is divided into login management, attendancemanagement, task management and other six modules, clear the role of the systemand gives the use case diagram of the system.Secondly, the system uses the B/S architecture, has four major advantagesincluding the data consistency, the system flexibility, scalability and security. Throughconceptual design we design the system using the E-R diagram, map the E-R diagraminto relational database model in logic design and optimize the database in physical design. We standardly design the system under the obey of3NF.In the end, using APM suite of XAMPP we quickly build the softwaredevelopment environment and running environment, and display the description o fthe nine function modules by flow chart, at the same time show the screenshot of thekey functional point of the system.After the test, the attendance management system implemented in this papermeets the needs of enterprises.
