| With the development of information technology, more and more informationtechnology has been applied in real life, improves the efficiency of informationmanagement in the real life. With the transplantation of more and more traditionalinformation to Internet information, web development make up a growing percentagein our life, information management system developed by web has been the focus ofthe developers’ attention. Through the research of the students informationmanagement system and the present situation of students management, this paper putsforward the design and implementation of the students information managementsystem based on ASP.NET and MVC in this paper.The use of hybrid encoding mode in the early development of the managementsystem, results in confusing code, increases the difficulty of maintenance. This systemintegrates ASP.NET with MVC development mode, by using the advantages of MVCdevelopment mode, builds a framework of WEB application system, and makesfurther develop. Development based on MVC mode not only improves thedevelopment efficiency, but also improves the maintainability of the code. Throughresearching the question in the student information management system so as tofurther understand the combination of ASP.NET and MVC mode.The development process of this system includes research on system requirements,according to the specific needs of teachers and students for student informationmanagement system, and according to the development needs of the studentinformation management system for the overall design, completed a database table,the system processes design. This system mainly researches the function of studentinformation management system architecture under the Internet environment, anddesigns a student information management system based on Web technology, adopt B/S mode as the main development mode. The use of Web technologies includes therealization of the three layer structure model, development platform technology andso on. And using Visual Studio2010+SQL Server2008to develop and complete thebasic information of the system management module, the announcement managementmodule, management module curriculum, educational information managementmodule and evaluation management module, and the system tested on each module,complete the entire development process of the system.Student information management systems act as an indispensable role in themanagement of Colleges and universities, and play crucial roles in the process ofschool management. Therefore, this paper puts forward an improvement system basedon the existing student information management system, the system can basicallymeet the basic needs of the student information management system of the majority ofusers.The design of student information management system, greatly improves theefficiency of student information management system, effectively improve the workquality of various departments in colleges and universities. Through the application ofthe system, this is also convenient for students to understand the work flow forvarious schools in daily life, and convenient for communication and coordinationbetween schools and students. Through the application of this system at the same time,the management model of the school is also improved. Not only the schoolmanagement personnel’s workload is reduced, but also it is convenient for the studentsto operate the system, and there is important practical significance.Through the study of the student information management system in this paper, the development of the system is carried on from the roles of students, teachers, instructors and so on to meet the needs of users. And this paper also realizes the advantages such as the high maneuverability, friendly interface and high customer satisfaction. And this paper also completes the specific development, and the system is tested, the testresults are accorded with the expected results.
