Design And Implementation Of The NEATMB Web

With the increasing prevalence and wide application of E-government, thetraditional facilities operating mode is encountering serious challenge. It has becomean important job for Northeast Air Traffic Management Bureau of CAAC (ab.NEATMB) that how to serve the society and public more scientifically andefficaciously，improve the level and efficiency of administration, and the veracityof decision-making by electrification and informatization. The office web is the baseplatform and component of E-government.The operating flows in NEATMB departments are mainly researched, and at thesame time daily work is deeply investigated, then the NEATMB Web is designed anddeveloped. Which is developed by J2EE，the most popular web system structure,based on IBM WebSphere Studio Application Developer5.1development platform，using the developing tool kits such as JSP technique, Oracle database and JAVA, andthe database connection pool and the interface technology, the functions of Reportage,Personnel Management, Forum Management and Ballot Management are implemented.This paper takes the design and implementation of NEATMB Web as an example,investigates a well-portable, and multi-platform application system software modebased on J2EE platform. This developed model is effective, stable, safe anddependable.Firstly, the paper introduces the society demand, background and the way ofimplementation of our system. Secondly, the paper stresses the design andimplementation of the system. Based on target, idea and system analysis, thedesigning part presents the general design scheme and elaborately explains the designof the system function and database. In the course of the design and implementationof the whole project, the idea of software engineering is adopted to abstract a suitablesoftware structure for general enterprise information management system. After thetest team together with the developer’s test and after a period of time running, the system made some modification and meet the needs of the users on the function,and interface design is good, especially in the system navigation, it won’t let you getlost in any position.
