| With the rapid development of intelligent terminal technology recent years, the world has entered the mobile internet era, which not only greatly changed people’s Lifestyle, but also brought a revolution in the operating mode. Based on the current situation and existing problems in the operation and maintenance monitoring system of Shanxi Local Taxation, this study combined mobile internet technology with intelligent terminal technology, designed and achieved a handheld operation and maintenance monitoring system used to assist engineer in monitoring the operation of the system. In order to solve the existing problems in operation and maintenance of Shanxi local tax system, this thesis designed a unified IT monitoring system by the Android and J2EE technology combined with the mobile platform. Furthermore, the involved key technical principles and programs of the system were also expounded. The main work are as following:(1) This thesis achieved the requirements analysis of the system, by analyzing the functionality required for the system combined with the present situation in Shanxi land tax.(2) On the basis of the requirements analysis, this thesis involved the construction work of the entire system, including logical architecture design, physical architecture design, database design, and some critical code design, etc.(3) The situation before and after the implementation of the system was analyzed. The obtained results indicated the program could solve the existing problems in the operation and maintenance monitoring of Shanxi Local Taxation System.The system will change the passive mode of operation and maintenance, help the operation and maintenance engineers monitor the operation of the entire application environment visually and conveniently. Then, engineers could take the initiative to find accurate positioning and resolve problems quickly, reducing the operations risk and guaranteeing the safe and stable operation effectively. Meanwhile, the workload and work intensity of the operation and maintenance engineers could be greatly reduced. The obtained results could solve the current problems in the operation and maintenance monitoring system of Shanxi Local Taxation. Furthermore, the results will extend to monitoring other application system. |
