| Since the birth of human civilization,"energy" has played a crucial role in the development. Over the past100years, the developed countries have completed their industrialization, consuming a lot of natural resources on the planet, especially energy resources. Currently, in the context of China’s rapid economic development, energy consumption’s increasing is inevitable. Therefore, how to efficiently use energy to achieve the strategic goal of sustainable development has become a problem we have to think. In this paper, we will study about how to use IOT technology to build real-time remote monitoring system for energy-intensive industries to improve their energy efficiency.This thesis firstly describes its background and briefly explains the development of the IOT around the world. Issues involved in this thesis are carried out based on laboratory research. The DDS standard will be detailed introduced.Then, the thesis describes both the functional requirements and the performance requirements of the system and lists some basic functions the system should provide, too.After that, this thesis studies and designs the Monitoring System. Firstly this thesis chooses the architecture (Client/Server) to be used. Secondly it divides the system into sub-systems and designs the key functions of them.Based on the design above, this thesis describes the implementation of a demo system. The swing client, the server layer and the communication between them will be introduced. Finally, the demo system runs for test. Related work of the thesis is summarized and the points need to be improved are shown. |
