| Latex can be used as surface coating materials,making thin-films and adhesives directly,when it is processed,it can be made into raw rubber,latex products,and it is widely used in daily life.The latex production line of one group company mainly relies on artificial feeding,its monitoring system is drops behind,and the products’s quality is uneven.In view of all these issues,this paper designs an automatic control system,which ensures the production of latex smoothly and highly active both according to hardware and software.First of all,this paper analyzes the characteristics,the control task and design requirements of the process of latex production system,gives the designation and analysis of the sub process module relates to latex production process in detail.By comparison of different control schemes and considering the actual demand of production site,this paper proposes one automatic control system using the OMRON CJ series PLC as controlling station.Secondly,according to the requirements of the latex production automatic control system,this paper carries out all the monitoring points in the system,and makes the selection and configuration of the PLC hardware bases on the monitoring points,and designs the network of the topological structure of the system.By consulting the safe production of chemical industry requirements and points for attention,this paper chooses the matched pneumatic valve and the isolated safety barrier.Finally,this paper studies the polymerization kettle temperature control algorithm of the latex production in detail,makes sure to adopt the multi-modal control method combining fuzzy control and PID in the temperature control, and designs the fuzzy controller and the PID algorithm.The common configuration software Kingview is used in monitoring the latex production automatic control system... |
