Research On Comprehensive Information Monitoring System For Gas Station

Gas station is an important place of refined oil storage and supply. Its operations in the production process has huge amount of information. Daily work at the gas station production, dynamic data display, real-time monitoring and overall management is essential. Combined with the construction project of a military base gas stations comprehensive information monitoring system in Xi’an, this paper analyses the layout of gas stations, major equipment and processes, determines the overall scheme of integrated information monitoring system, establishes a comprehensive information database, designs a gas station integrated information monitoring system.System architecture based on Industrial Ethernet fieldbus, accomplishes each data acquisition subsystem structures. Using configuration software on the host computer is to complete the development of a monitoring platform interactive interface, use the SQL Server database to achieve integrated management information to complete alarm and query functions record field data collection and important parameters, the final design of the gas station integrated information monitoring system with remote access capabilities.The operation shows the system through real-time variable capture, integrated information query historical data, alarm and remote access capabilities, which helps staff effectively and accurately grasp the gas station security and environmental status, not only greatly improving the operational capacity of the gas station security, but also improving the level of automation of petrol stations, which has a typical role model and promotional value.
