| Electric Power System of Inner Mongolia has been configured with many kinds of business network management systems, such as network management of SDH equipment, power video conference system, synchronization system and so on. But these network management systems which are independent and incompatible of each other mostly did not follow a uniform standard, and can’t share networks and information resources. In order to further manage the Inner Mongolia electric power communication network, and realize the functions of unified monitoring, unified maintenance and unified scheduling, it is imminent to establish the communication comprehensive monitoring system.This paper first analyzes the study status of comprehensive monitoring system, and studies relevant theoretical knowledge and technology deeply. On the basis of theoretical analysis, design goals, structure stratification and the location of each layer for the system are determined. Then this paper makes the overall design of the system from the three aspects of the center structure, regional sub-center station structure and monitoring station structure.The software architecture of comprehensive monitoring system in electric power communication network of Inner Mongolia uses three-layer structure, which are data layer, application layer and presentation layer. Then the functions of the system are designed and described in detail in this paper. The main functions are topology management, configuration management, fault management and performance management. In order to realize the interconnection with each professional network management system of different manufacturers, several solutions are designed to make professional network management access to the comprehensive monitoring system.Finally, the integration system is debugged, and the results show that the system has basically achieved the desired function. |
