Together with the booming of E-commerce, more and more IT elites also join the army for the website construction. Based on the analysis of the current situation in the local place and the study of practical cases, with the development of Han Zhong talent resource and information website, this paper has made a main research on the design and implementation of endemic websites, striving to develop a more appropriate functional modules for enterprises and users to detail its design and method.This system mainly provides a two-way interactive platform for enterprises and job seeker in counties and districts of Han Zhong by developing Han Zhong talent e information and resourc website. They share the resources and realize the value for the community.Starting with the discussion of the background, the purpose and the significance of developing Han Zhong talent information and resource website, this paper has put forward its research object and composition of this system design. From the aspects of techniques, it has described SQL Server2005databases, ASP scripting language, IIS6.0and Dream weaver CS6.
