With the vigorous development of the electronic market in China, Our lifenow is filled with more and more electronic goods.Because of some electronicproducts used in damp, high temperature, dust,salt fog and other poor condit-ions,so their internal circuit boards are easy to produce some problems,suchas corrosion, softening, deformation and mildew.These problems will greatlyreduce their performance and service life,so,the people often coat a layer ofprotective film on the internal circuit boards to protect them form moisture、saltfog and mildew.It is often called anti-corrosion paint coating technology.Withthe mass production of electronic products, the traditional circuit board contactcoating technology is more and more can’t adapt to the demand of the market,and non-contact coating technology has many advantages, such as high prec-Ision and high frequency,now, gradually occupied the coating market. In thispaper, the author analyzed the glue liquid atomization mechanism,studied theinfluence of different nozzle structure on glue liquid atomization effect,and thendesigned a spray type anti-corrosion paint coating structure.First of all,the author studied atomization mechanism of adhesive soluti-on,analyzed the reason of glue liquid atomization and the general way of liquiddroplet broken.Expounds the general indicators of glue liquid atomization eff-ect,and analyzed from the aspects of the theory of gas flow rate, liquid flowrate, gas liquid volume ratio and viscosity of adhesive solution atomization tofind the way to improve liquid atomization effect,laid a theoretical foundationfor the design of spray nozzle structure.Secondly,analyzed the motion law of gas in the flow passage,got theinfluence factor of pipeline gas flow rate and flow traffic.On this basis,designeddifferent nozzle structure.Using FLUENT software analyzed gas flow state ondifferent angle size of the flow channel,different cooperated way of the firingpin and nozzle,different nozzle gas liquid outlet size.Combined with the abovefor the analysis of the effect factors of adhesive solution atomizationeffect,analyzed different glue liquid atomization effect on different nozzlestructure,find the best nozzle structure parameters.Moreover,this paper analyzed the selective coating device structure and the basic working principle.Also analyzed the influence of adhesive flow ratesize because of the lifted of the firing pin.Determined the basic parameters ofthe spring based on the operating conditions of the cylinder.Designed aprototype coated valve and it’s drive controller,set the coating system and gavean introduction of all the parts of the building system.Finally, to study the influence of coating valve performance factors, set upthe experimental platform,Find the exterior factors that influence the coatingeffects, understand the coating effect of prototype.
