It is understood that to a certain extent the pilot quality represents the portopening degree to the outside world and the market competition ability, and pilotscheduling ability also decides the pilot services effect of and ports image. Only byimproving scheduling capabilities, can it fundamentally enhance the overall pilotquality and then provide a solid guarantee for the safety of navigation. In manyspecial economic zones, the role of the tianjin economic zone is gradually obvious,the construction of tianjin port is an important part of regional economic development,with the rise of the informatization construction, port information construction isgradually paid the deserved attention, the related research of tianjin port pilotcomprehensive dispatching system is by the concern of the tianjin port and waterwayadministration, and attracted its attention.Combining with the real-world business needs and system developmentrequirements, this paper conducts the system design and development of Tianjin portpilot scheduling system, thus making the information and digitization level of Tianjinport pilot scheduling business has been significantly improved.
