The rapid development of information technology has brought great opportunitiesand convenience for businesses, but also to internal information security protection poseda serious challenge. Printer as an essential output device of a computer communicationshas been lack of effective management methods and tools in an enterprise, Print leaks hasbecome one of the main ways of enterprise internal information leaks.Therefore,theenterprise need a comprehensive monitoring software which can effectively monitor theemployees‘print behavior, it helps enterprises to solve the problem of print leaks andmanagement, it also hase realistic significance.Currently,domestic and foreign experts in related fields put forward some techniquesto achieve print monitoring,many are just theoretical analysis and lack experimentalverification,it is still a problem which can or not achieves print monitor. Although,part ofthe monitoring methods have experimental verification,only using a print monitoring wayoften can’t satisfy the integrity of the print monitoring. Therefore, the system in order tomonitor the behavior of integrity printing, on the basis of existing print monitoringtechnology research and analysis, The system take the methods which use WinAPI toanalyse cache files. On the basis of achieving print monitoring,the system enhances userauthentication and use of digital signature scheme to authenticate, the user who is onlyauthenticated can print. Systems using Client/Server model, divided into client andserver-side two parts. Clients include user login authentication, the print request, printapprovals, the server including print monitoring and output. Through the system designand experimental verification may indicate that the system can solve the problem ofprinting leakage and meet the integrity of the print monitoring.
