The Multi-semester segmented teaching mode is a new rectification to theoriginal syllabus, teaching content, reviews, teaching methods, evaluation system.This mode is learner-centered, and it focuses on the leading role of teachers, whichuses a combination of classroom and job mode, and which units the teaching contentsand tasks, and which can combine teaching theory and practice organically, and whichcan raise the students’ skill level and comprehensive quality of occupation effectively.With the revolution of new teaching model, the traditional school teachingmanagement has been unable to adapt to the new requirements, and this article is thebusiness reality from the Beijing Modern Vocational and Technical College, whichhas researched and designed the network teaching management system, and whichshould be conducted to the application process of the Multi-semester segmentedteaching mode, and which will effect of standardized management.This paper accords to the studying and practices on the personnel training inthese years from he Beijing Modern Vocational and Technical College, it has learntand analyzed the multi-semester, segmented learning management system, which putforward the education management designing ideas that it is combining between thetraditional course teaching and on-line learning through the relative technology, thestatus analysis and theoretical research, and which can draw based on the feasibility ofdeveloping the system, and which can also confirm the functional framework, andwhich can provide a way of functional educational information system, and whichuses the ASP.NET and Oracle10g,and whose modules can use some mainstreamtechnologies such as the AJAX and JQuery, and which has designed the informationeducation management system on the base of automation of teaching management andon-line studying.Building the multi-semester segmented teaching management system cancomplete the all the work contents of the education management easily in the newteaching model through the Internet, which includes the on-line learning, teaching,teaching data management and so on, and whose goal is not only to provide themanaging functions for the educational administration in the multi-semester segmented teaching, but which can also provide a personal teaching and studyingservice for the teachers and students. And the administration mode and developmentmethods can provide some reference and reference for developing other similar onlineteaching management system as well.
