With the rapid development of the Internet, the network has become an inseparablepart of people’s life. More and more people search and browse all kinds ofinformation on the Internet, for example, an enterprise or an institution of the latestdevelopments. In order to meet the people can query the information demand, manyenterprises and institutions also have a network information platform of its own, torelease some news and dynamic within the organization. Therefore, how the dataplatform for scientific and effective management, such as the most recent data editing,publishing and stale data processing, which has become the urgent problem to besolved.At present there are some open source available to users free content managementsystem on the network, but they often lack directionality, cannot fully meet the needsof a specific group, in order to solve this problem, the plan for basic education, theprimary and secondary schools as the service object, tailor a set to conform to theprofessional content management system, education system demand, provide theuser-friendly interface, the system is easy to operate, easy to manage, easy to promote,easy to maintain, optimize the combination of function and requirement of each usergroup customers.This paper mainly introduces the use of specific technical concepts and developmentof content management system of the system, discusses the current basic educationindustry for the specific needs of content management system, and according to userneeds to make an overall planning and detailed system design (including the workflow, software structure, database design and the specific module), finally makes asummary with the prospect of more work.
