Design Of Property Management System Based On J2EE Platform

With the development of computer and Internet technology,the traditional artificial property management technology has been unable to meet the needs of the property management industry,so the property management system based on computer network technology comes into being.On the one hand,this system reduces the cost of property management,and improves the work efficiency of the property management staff;On the other hand it provides a better and more convenient service for village owners.The author made a deep research on the current situation of the domestic and foreign property management system,it made the sufficient preparation for the research and development of the system.The primary studies are as following :(1)After analyzing the current situation of the property management system all over the world,surveying several residential property management operation mode,learning and using of its property management system,We found there are many problems hider the development of the property management industry.Based on this,the paper puts forward a system model based on J2 EE platform,and introduces the related technologies of the system.(2)According to using UML(Unified Modeling Language)to analyse the requirement of the system.It has eight function modules by utilizing use-case diagram,main business process diagram,conceptual class diagram and the key use-case was described in detail.(3)The detailed design of the system was based on the demand analysis and UML.It determined and completed the overall framework of the system design,function design,dabase design,the E-R diagram design,and the datebase table structure.(4)It realized the main function modules by integrating Spring,spring MVC,HIibernet,Maven framework on the J2 EE platform.
