Heavy Railway Maintenance Maehinery plays a crucial role in the implementation of Chinese trunk railway speed-up major strategic process, which has become the indispensable key to promote Chinese Railway Technological Progress in high-end technology equipment. With the further development of high-speed and heavy-haul railway transport, line maintenance has become one of the key of the railways speed-raising. The switch area because of its complex structure, the maintenance work is still dominated by manual work with small machine manual. High labor intensity, the low work efficiency and repair of poor quality, which has become the bottleneck to restrict the railways speed-raising. The CD08-475 type tamping machine is special for railway switch maintenance of large track maintenance machinery, it works for the switch area including lifting, leveling, lining, tamping, which repair the group of No.12 railway switch is less than 35 minutes and it’s the most advanced railways switch maintenance equipment. Because of its High efficiency and good quality, it has been widely used in many developed countries.Domestic Switches tamping machine is almost from the introduction of Austria plasser&Theurer company’s technology, its electrical system composed of the analog system and the machine of digital logic control system, Because of many device halting production, the anti-interference capability of the analog system is not strong, frangibility of the centralized control system, complex debugging, and bad expansibility for the system which make it can’t adapt to the trend now and Can’t meet the user requirements for the control system.In order to solve these problems, this paper takes the application of CAN bus, distributed control, tamping machine control algorithm as the research object, mainly do the following work:Firstly, I had analyzed the composition and the technology principle of the electrical control system of the tamping machine, the sensor technology, the detecting of direction and level of railway line and the adjusting principle on this paper.Secondly, the application of the CAN bus and distributed control technology would be studied on, the paper put forward the overall plan of the control system, and had carried on the detailed design.Lastly, the distributed control algorithm of switches tamping machine would be studied on. It researched the logic control system, the lining control system, the lifting and the leveling control system, the tamping control system and the control of the AKA system for the principle of analysis and designed the control algorithm of the system.By loading the debugging and operating performance test, the data results show that fully meet the criteria in terms of operational efficiency and accuracy, which verifies the correctness and validity of the system.
