| With the development of electronic technology and control technology constantly,switching power supply into the digital and intelligent direction now.At the beginning of the21 st century, digital switching power has good monitoring function and characteristics and has been widely concerned.Digital switching power have some features such as the direct monitoring and remote fault diagnosis and the troubleshooting and and other characteristics,so as to realize the demand of complex switching power supply system, reflects the flexibility and adaptability of the intelligent. For the disadvantages of traditional switch power supply(such as volume, poor flexibility, large appearance, low efficiency) in the design of digital switching power supply based on DSP have some changes,to achieve the flexibility and accuracy improved by monitoring all aspects.As can be seen from the above analysis, the design and research of digital switch power supply system have a certain application value and practical significance.Firstly, this paper introduces the research background and significance, problems and current situation and development direction.On the design performance of active and passive power factor corrector to do a comparison and analysis.Emphasis on the application of several common topology selection of switch power supply and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of it and working principle.Secondly, this paper introduces the selection of MC56F8346 freescale DSP as the main controller,The hardware part mainly divided into the main power switch power supply circuit,DSP control circuit and other auxiliary circuit and they are made a more detailed analysis.This paper has done detailed explanation about the achieving of the Phase-shifted full-bridge ZVS PWM DC / DC converter, working principle and working mode. Emphasis on introducting the design of the main circuit and control circuit and do a detailed explanation about the high frequency transformer, input and output filter circuit parameters for the details.Then, introduces design software of the digital switching power supply,this paper present on the Code Warrior IDE 8.3 cross compile environment construction process and application of PE system and the control method of the phase shift PWM signal generated.Highlights the ADC module, Flex CAN module and digital PI program design process, and its flow chart is given.Finally, introduces the debugging method of the laboratory prototype,It contains the debugging process of the control circuit and main circuit, the experimental results were analyzed in a laboratory prototype, meets the design requirements.Finally, this paper makes a summary. |
